London Sport empowers its community by leveraging emerging technology to promote well-being.
London, UK: 9th October 2024 — London Sport, a charity that helps ensure Londoners live longer and healthier lives through access to sport and physical activity, has partnered with Satisfi Labs, an AI-powered conversational experience platform for destinations and experiences. Through this partnership, Satisfi Labs has become the official conversational AI partner for London Sport, providing support to more than 3,000 organisations in their efforts to make sport and physical activity more accessible.
London Sport and Satisfi Labs will use AI-powered solutions to enable Londoners to discover wellness opportunities by providing more tailored search experiences through conversational AI. London Sport will also be supported by Satisfi Labs in driving higher engagement across its website, increasing participation in sports across the region, and connecting the community through sport. This partnership will allow London Sport to make cutting-edge technology easily accessible to its vast network of recreation and sports organisations.
Some of the organisations working closely with London Sport to test and demonstrate the impact of conversational AI, include: Sported, Sports Fun 4 All, and HR Sports Academy. These chat experiences will drive awareness of programs and physical activity opportunities, and foster communication between the organisations and their communities. Additionally, London Sport has launched a chat experience on its website to support the needs of sports organisations and program operators.
