We recognise the value of sport and the important role it plays in enhancing quality of life for Londoners and are committed to ensuring that opportunities are accessible to all those who wish to get, or stay involved in physical activity and sport. We use our Equality Policy for Sport to support us with this as we continue to improve our equality work.
We want opportunities to be active to be fair, promote social inclusion, engage, unite and motivate people to improve the health and wellbeing of Londoners. All individuals and organisations in our sector are responsible to challenge discrimination and promote inclusion. Where inequalities exist, we must recognise these and take steps to address them.

These include but are not limited to London Sport, Insight and Data Portal, Funding Search Tool and Get Active London.

Feedback and complaints procedure
In line with our values, we strive to deliver and provide the best service to all our partners we support and serve. For us to improve the work we do, we welcome feedback and constructive criticism.
If you would like to discuss any issue informally, or have any feedback to share, please get in touch with Susan Hutton, our Director of Finance, People and Governance or calling 0203 848 4630.
If you feel your complaint has not been resolved through the informal process, or if your complaint is of a more serious nature, you can make a formal complaint by sending a letter or email address here with as much information as possible. The complaint will be recorded and an investigation undertaken.
If the above process does not provide a level of satisfaction, please write directly to Susan Hutton, Director of Finance, People and Governance (London Sport, House of Sport, 190 Great Dover Street, London, SE1 4YB) who will review the procedures undertaken and decide if further action is necessary.
