London Sport, working with Brent Active Together, is looking to procure MEL expertise to support and report on the impact and learning of its place-based working in Brent. This is part of Sport England’s Place Expansion investment, which aims to tackle inequalities in physical activity through a long-term, whole-system, place-based approach.

We are inviting proposals from suitably qualified individuals, collectives, or organisations with experience in MEL, place-based working, and systemic evaluation. Please note there is an accompanying tender for System Change MEL in Brent — joint bids covering both pieces of work are welcome and only require a single submission.
