London Sport is looking to procure a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Lead to support the Sport England-funded Enfield Place Partnership. This is part of Sport England’s Place Expansion investment, which aims to tackle inequalities in physical activity through a long-term, whole-system, place-based approach.

The MEL Lead will support the Enfield Place Partnership to build a practical, locally owned approach to evidence, learning, and adaptation – helping to establish the MEL Group, develop a local Theory of Change and MEL framework, and embed learning across the partnership’s work.

We are inviting proposals from suitably qualified individuals, collectives, or organisations, ideally with strong local knowledge of Enfield and experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning, facilitation, partnership working, and/or place-based system change.
