London Sport and our place Partners in Lambeth are looking to procure a ‘grassroots’ branding, marketing and communications consultant to deliver a coherent and consistent campaign of communication around the place-Partnership expansion work, to promote mass engagement of residents and community organisations in this work.

London Sport is looking for a senior, experienced programme manager to support the final stages of developing the Barking & Dagenham Place Expansion delivery plan and drafting the Full Award application bid. Work to be completed during April and May 2026, to allow for submission of the completed Full Award Application to Sport England at the end of May.
To evaluate the planning, delivery and outcomes and impacts of the Place Universal Offer (PUO) programme. Reporting of the findings of the evaluation should also include compelling impact stories from the evidence collected as well as providing content for six-month reports to Sport England as the funder of London Sport’s PUO programme.
