Employee health and wellbeing – it’s a key component of the lasting success of your business. Yet for many companies it’s not high up enough on the agenda, and when it reaches the top it’s not given the strategic insight to make a lasting difference.

We want to change that.

Westfield Health are working exclusively with London Sport to improve the health and wellbeing of Londoners by supporting workplaces and employer and contributing towards a goal of making London the most physically active city in the world.

We’ll show you how to create and implement a bespoke health and wellbeing strategy that supports your business objectives while demonstrating to your staff how much you value their emotional and physical health.

This event counts towards your CIPD Continuing Professional Development and will be an excellent networking platform for HR Directors, plus you’ll receive our HR Wellbeing Toolkit with our compliments.

The Toolkit provides valuable insight and a proactive plan to create your own health and wellbeing strategy – designed to support you in everything from planning your strategy to measuring and evaluating your ROI.

When you begin to truly believe in the physical and emotional wellbeing of your staff it can completely transform the face of your business, improving productivity, helping you retain staff and making you a desirable place for prospective employees to work. Our insight-led health and wellbeing strategies can support you to improve your staff’s quality of life by eating well, moving more, sleeping better and thinking clearly.

At Westfield Health we believe in well beings. Join us, and we can look forward to making positive changes together.
