Two World Cups and FA Cup to feature at London Sport Awards 2018

This year, the London Sport Awards falls on International Women’s Day and, as part of a series of celebrations to mark the occasion, those who are attending the Awards will be within touching distance of not one, not two, but THREE elite sporting trophies. Scroll down to find out more.

The SSE Women’s FA Cup Final 2018

After seeing the SSE Women’s FA Cup for yourself at the Awards, why not see it being lifted at this year’s SSE Women’s FA Cup Final? The Cup Final is a fantastic opportunity to experience the unique atmosphere of Wembley Stadium. The game attracts record crowds every year and this season they’re expecting at least 40,000 people to be in attendance for the pinnacle moment in women’s domestic football. KIDS GO FREE! Adult tickets are £15, reducing to £7.50 when booking in a group of 12+.

 

TeamUp

TeamUp is a joint initiative launched in 2016 by the England & Wales Cricket Board, England Hockey and England Netball. Its goal is to maximise the legacy of three consecutive home women’s World Cups between 2017-2019 and ensure that thousands of seven to 13-year-old girls across the country the chance to play team sports.
