London Sport welcomes Curate Your Genius Founder as Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Lead for Enfield

July 21, 2026

London Sport is delighted to welcome Shae Eccleston, Founder of Curate Your Genius (a creative community engagement organisation), as Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Lead for our Enfield Place Partnership.

Shae brings extensive experience in community-led engagement, research, youth & family participation and collaborative learning, having worked alongside local communities, voluntary organisations, the NHS and public sector partners to design approaches that place lived experience at the heart of decision-making.

Working across the Enfield Place Partnership, Shae will help develop a learning culture that not only measures impact but captures insight, strengthens collaboration and ensures that community voices continue to shape how the partnership grows and evolves.

We look forward to working together to build a stronger evidence base for place-based working and to share learning that supports healthier, more active communities across Enfield.

About London Sport

London Sport is a not-for-profit organisation helping all Londoners live longer, healthier and happier lives through being active.

Part of a national network, we champion physical activity in London’s most deprived communities, sharing insights, influencing decision makers and allocating funding to effect change.

In some parts of the capital, people live 12 years longer in good health than others. With physical inactivity being one of the leading risk factors for preventable ill health, we want to help every Londoner find their way to move more.
