Jillian Moore
Chair, Member of Nomination Sub Committee
Jillian is Head of Consulting and Digital Solutions at Littlefish Group, having previously lead business units at Publicis Sapient, Slalom, Atos and Avanade. She was also a member of the board of Trustees at Eduserv. She has worked in Digital Transformation in Digital Agencies, Consultancies and SIs and has worked with many markets including CPG, Retail, Sport and Financial Services.
Paul Benjamin
Treasurer, Chair of Finance Sub-Committee, Member of Remuneration Sub Committee
Paul was appointed as CFO of Microsoft Central Europe, Middle East & Africa (CEMA) in February 2023. He is accountable for leading the Microsoft CEMA Finance team and partnering with the business teams to deliver against the strategic priorities of the company. Prior to this, he held multiple senior finance roles in Microsoft including MEA CFO, UK CFO, Regional Finance Director for Western Europe and the Netherlands CFO. Before joining Microsoft, Paul worked primarily in FMCG holding commercial finance roles at Premier Foods and Coco-Cola. Paul has a business degree from UWE – Bristol and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Paul is married with two children.
Andrew Selby
Trustee, Chair of Nomination Sub Committee, Member of Strategy Implementation and Impact Sub Committee
Andrew Selby is a leading figure in the sponsorship industry with a proven track record working with commercial and sporting organisations. As the Head of Partnerships at Deloitte, he believes in the power of collaboration to unlock our collective potential. Andrew is passionate about the transformative impact that sport, activity, and culture can have on our lives and communities.
Tracey McCillen
Senior Independent Director, Chair of EDI Sub Committee, Chair of Remuneration Sub Committee, Member of Strategy Implementation and Impact Sub Committee, Member of Nomination Sub Committee
Tracey has over 25 years experience in national and international disability sport with in-depth experience in classification, inclusion and governance. Tracey is Chief Executive of UKSA and is a Trustee of Activity Alliance and the European Region of Virtus. Tracey is a Barrister, a Visiting Fellow at De Montford University’s CRISTAL Research programme and an examiner on the Sports Law and Business LLM. Tracey is a passionate advocate for equality and rights.
Richard Bush
Trustee, Safeguarding Lead
Richard is a partner in the International Sports Group at the law firm Bird & Bird, where he advises national and international clients on contentious and regulatory matters in sport. Richard has a particular specialism in safeguarding in sport.
Shaun Danielli
Trustee, Chair of Strategy Implementation and Impact Sub Committee, Member of EDI Sub Committee
Shaun is the Director of Population Health and Inequalities at Kings Health Partners and NHS South East London. He is also a Policy Fellow of the Centre for Health Policy at Imperial College London. He has worked for the NHS in London for the last 13 years. Prior to this he worked in consultancy (PA Consulting and Cranfield University) and manufacturing (Airbus), having initialled trained as an engineer.
Alex Eagle
Trustee, Member of Finance Sub Committee, Member of Strategy Implementation and Impact Sub Committee
Alex is the CEO and co-founder of The Running Charity, an award-winning mental health charity that has pioneered trauma-informed approaches and uses running to empower young people experiencing homelessness, multiple disadvantages, or trauma. Alex has worked in sports for development throughout his professional career.
Yashmin Harun Bem
Trustee, Member of EDI Sub Committee
Yashmin is the founding Chair of Muslimah Sports Association (MSA), a charity that aims to empower Muslim women through sports. Yashmin is also an Independent Non-Executive Director at British Fencing, elected Director at London FA, FA National Game Board member, FA Council Member, and Chair of Frenford and MSA WFC. She has over 20 years’ banking experience and currently works for SMBC BI, and has recently completed her Masters in Global Public Policy. Her most recent awards includes the Asian Woman of Achievement Award for Sports and The National Diversity Award in 2023.
Usama Yusuf
Trustee, Member of Finance Sub Committee, Member of Strategy Implementation and Impact Sub Committee, Member of Nomination Sub Committee
Usama is an Investment Associate at Fair4All Finance, where is responsible for managing and supporting several investments in the community finance sector. Usama is also involved in the due diligence of new investment proposals. Prior to joining Fair4All Finance, he was a Senior Investment Banking Analyst at Citi in the EMEA Industrials Team. He is a co-Founder of New World FC, a men’s-based community football club that competes across London.

SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM
Emily Robinson
Chief Executive Officer
Emily Robinson has served as Chief Executive Officer of London Sport since February 2022, where she focuses on increasing physical activity and improving health outcomes across the capital. In this role she also sits on the London Partnership Board chaired by the Mayor of London, as well as various health and sport related working groups. Emily is an independent member of the nature charity’s WWF Impact committee.
She previously held senior roles at UK Anti-Doping, including Interim CEO and Director of Strategy and Education, and earlier was Deputy Chief Executive at Alcohol Concern, where she founded the highly successful “Dry January” behaviour change campaign, now undertaken by 17 million Britons each year.
Apart from her professional experience in health behaviours, Emily also likes trying new sports, having tried five a side football a couple of years ago for the first time, Emily is now trying to take up tennis!
David Tinnion
Chief Operating Officer
David joins us from London Youth Rowing (LYR), where he worked as COO for the last 9 years. As well as operations, during his time with the charity he also supported fundraising, governance and delivery of annual competition and fundraising events, both virtual and in-person.
Prior to working at LYR, David completed the On Purpose Associate programme, designed to help people move from corporate careers into the charity and social enterprise sector. As part of the programme David worked at Ealing Community Transport, an accessible transport charity and Big Society Capital, an organisation set up to kickstart the UK’s social investment market. Prior to On Purpose, David worked in Financial Services at Goldman Sachs and Fidelity, initially helping to open new offices across Europe and the Middle East and then working in the Institutional Asset Management teams at both organisations.
David studied Engineering at the University of Cambridge and has a Masters in History from Birkbeck College, University of London. To keep active, he runs regularly and plays five a side football.
Tanya Rabin
Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications
Tanya has significant experience in partnership marketing, communications and consultancy. She has helped a number of brands including Lloyds Bank, Aviva, TSB, Coca-Cola, Samsung and Reebok, maximise their investment in a range of commercial and purpose-led partnerships, and engaged multiple audiences through creative marketing communications campaigns.
Tanya joined London Sport in March 2021, and leads on London Sport’s fundraising, commercial partnerships, marketing and communications.
She is passionate about the power of sport and physical activity to improve lives, and outside of work when she’s not out running or walking the dog, she’s ferrying her son around to multiple sporting activities.
Jade Cation
Director of Insight and Impact
Jade is an experienced senior leader having worked in leadership roles across digital, data, insight, operations and education for National Governing Bodies, Active Partnerships and Local Authorities.
She leads the Insight and Impact Directorate, ensuring that all London Sport delivery is led by research and data and contributes towards our strategic outcomes.
The work that Jade leads at London Sport contributes towards the strategic direction and progress of data and impact initiatives across the sports and physical activity sector. She has contributed significantly to the progress of the Open Active initiative, having previously been a member of the national steering group. Having previously held NED positions in sports, she is currently a member of the Moving Communities strategic Board.
Jade is a graduate, ex facilitator and ongoing supporter of the Women’s Sports Leadership Academy. She is a graduate of Brunel University and the Sport England Future Leaders Programme at the Cranfield School of Management.
Outside of work she is a mum of two busy boys, enjoys swimming, playing netball, countryside pursuits and having fun with friends and family.
Tim Copley
Director of Physical Activity & Sport Development
With nearly 20 years experience as a sport and physical activity development practitioner, Tim is a strong advocate for whole system approaches to tackling inactivity. While at Sport England he worked as an NGB Client Manager while at Press Red Consulting he worked with clients to establish sport and physical activity strategies and undertook innovative research projects to build deeper understanding of people and their communities.
Outside of work, if he’s not coaching an under 9s football team, he’s probably running.
