Cool Rowings was established to help individuals of all ages and abilities become active through indoor rowing. The organisation has provided indoor rowing and various health programs throughout East London. Their success led to an invitation to conduct pop-up sessions at the Liberty Shopping Centre in Romford during the summer holidays.
These sessions proved to be extremely popular, often reaching full capacity. The community’s positive response encouraged Cool Rowings to expand its offerings and secure a permanent unit in the shopping centre, allowing for year-round activities.
Additionally, they have formed a strong partnership with the Mecca Bingo Hall, offering light exercise sessions for players before, during, and after bingo games. This collaboration is a first of its kind.
