London Sport, working with Brent Active Together, is looking to procure expert MEL support to assess the system impact of its place-based working in Brent, including delivery of System Maturity Matrix (SMM) and Comparative Configurational Analysis (CCA) data collection. This is part of Sport England’s Place Expansion investment, which aims to tackle inequalities in physical activity through a long-term, whole-system, place-based approach.
We are inviting proposals from suitably qualified individuals, collectives, or organisations with expertise in system change MEL. Please note there is an accompanying tender for Place-Based MEL in Brent — joint bids covering both pieces of work are welcome and only require a single submission.
