Friday 26 October saw the launch of This Girl Can phase three, a campaign aimed at closing the gender gap in physical activity.
The campaign launched back in 2014 saw an overwhelmingly positive response as it dominated TV screens and billboards across England and we’ve been busy with This Girl Can ever since.
The campaign is now back with a bang with #FitGotReal reminding women across the nation that all exercise counts towards the recommended 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week.
In case you missed it check out their latest campaign film below.
Here we take a look at some of the incredible support the campaign has received so far from a whole range of different organisations:
We ❤ @ThisGirlCanUK‘s #FitGotReal campaign – it doesn’t matter how you choose to get active, it ALL counts!

Not only do the organisations love it, but so do women all across the country.
Since it’s launch last week, the campaign has already received an incredible response from women who have been inspired by the film and want to share their own #FitGotReal stories.
Check out some of our favourites below:
This morning it was cold, damp and dark, I was tired from being up half the night; the last thing I wanted to do was #run@HiSVictoriaW tagged me in this & inspired me to put on my trainers and keep going.#ThisGirlCan #FitGotReal #lappingeveryoneonthecouch #thankyouvictoria https://t.co/w0yrWvhZVl

That feeling when you arrive at the gym at stupid o’clock for a class and it’s cancelled, you get over the annoyance and squeeze in an okay-but better-then-nothing 40 minute workout before the car parking runs out 💪🏾 #FitGotReal #ThisGirlCan

Really struggling with my running at the moment. Not enough miles in my legs. A knackered body after a busy summer. Focus on swimming. Expecting too much. I ain’t fast and it’s grim. So here’s a timely reminder to myself as the #fitgotreal https://t.co/vF1ykCMok5#thisgirlcan
