Careers

We are here to ensure more Londoners live happier, healthier lives through being active

We champion equality and strive to reflect London’s diversity in all our appointments. We particularly welcome applications from:

  • People from ethnically diverse communities
  • Deaf and disabled people
  • Members of the LGBTQ+ community
  • People with lived experience of London’s many and varied communities

Join The Team

By joining the team at London Sport, you’ll become part of a group of people who believe that physical activity and sport can change Londoners’ lives for the better. We work in all parts of London and on behalf of all Londoners to support them to live more active lives.

We’re constantly challenging the industry to think more creatively about the ways that it works for London – and we include ourselves in that challenge, too.

We believe in activity in the workplace too. Our office is part of the House of Sport, a three-storey co-working space that provides physical activity and sport organisations with a base to collaborate, network and learn from one another.

Along with our counterparts throughout the building, we are proud of a working culture that supports people to be active, whether that’s through early morning yoga classes or lunchtime runs.

Our Intern Programme

At London Sport, we have been hosting interns every year since 2016. At London Sport we are proud that our organisation is somewhere people can learn and develop and we want our interns to make the most of their time with us.

We know you will start with little, or no experience so we will give you all the support and development you need to help you learn, grow and gain the experience you need to help your future career. As well as a line manager, each intern is also offered a mentor to help assist you with future career goals you have.

Please look out for internship opportunities which will be listed above.

"I love that I've been encouraged to try new things out and be innovative. Every day has been challenging and exciting, and I can see that the people who use our services or are employed at London Sport are supported to become the best version of themselves."
