#LDNMovesMe series has come to an end with final screening at House of Sport

After successful screenings at The Ritzy – Brixton and The Hackney Attic, the #LDNMovesMe final screenings were hosted at House of Sport. Sharing the stories of five Londoners from clubs supported by the ClubWorks Programme, the films showed an honest and unique insight into physical activity and sport in the capital. Each screening was followed by a Q&A session, where the guests could find out more about these impressive stories from the producers of the films and the ClubWorks officers.

At the end of the screenings, London Sport’s Relationship Management Team organised a group activity for the representatives of the clubs. Paul Farthing, Relationship Officer told us more about the discussions that took place: ‘The small groups breakout discussion with Relationship Officers supported the network of clubs to analyse challenges, find solutions and share best practice around four main club development areas: people, finance, marketing and management. At the same time, it provided opportunities for clubs to network and build new relationships for ongoing support.”

In addition to this, talking about the success of the evening, Callum Whitton, Relationship Officer said: “It was great to have so many clubs involved on the programme in the room. The short films were a great way to inspire and celebrate some of the life changing and transformations happening every day on ClubWorks.”

We tried to capture the highlights of the evening in the images below 📸:
