Based on Sport England’s ‘Under the Skin’ research, we have developed a workshop that explores the personalities, behaviours, attitudes, and aspirations of young people, and the emotional and rational ties that they associate with physical activity.
This training will cover the six personality types identified and provide practical ways to engage with all of them to help us design the best possible programmes for young people.
Gaining an understanding of the youth personalities can help you understand the young people you’re trying to reach.

How do they spend their time?
During the workshop and with our additional marketing resource pack you will receive guidance on attracting the attention of each personality, learn about the principles for delivering the right environment and type of experience for the personality, and tips to encourage the personality to stay involved and take part more often.
